Dean's Message
Established in 1982, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences at Kuwait University is dedicated to advancing health education and innovation within Kuwait's healthcare sector. Our faculty has become a center for excellence in health sciences and rehabilitation, contributing to Kuwait’s healthcare needs through education, research, and community service.
The Faculty of Allied Health Sciences comprises of academic programs covering multi-disciplinary health professions: Nursing, Health Informatics and Information Management, Radiologic Sciences, Occupational Therapy, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Physical Therapy, and Hearing and Speech Sciences. These academic programs are designed to prepare students to take on critical roles within the healthcare system in Kuwait. The various departments focus on developing skilled and compassionate professionals equipped to meet the diverse needs of the healthcare system. Our faculty is committed to promoting interdisciplinary collaboration, encouraging scientific research, and supporting initiatives that enhance healthcare outcomes for our community.
